A New Post!

Alright, so I'm finally going to write a new post.  Hooray!  And this is it:

Umm...mostly just been working recently.  Going alright so far.  It at least felt better working when I finally got paid.  Hooray for having money!  Even though I don't really care if I have much of it or not.  I just need enough to get along through life with.  Or something like that.  I guess what I'm saying is, I don't love money, but it's nice to have some for things that you need and so on and so forth.  Now I've just been rambling and I'm sure no one understood what I just said.  ANYWAY...

Work.  Going fine.  In the mean time, trying to get better at tennis.  For now, all I can do is play in my league and play with a couple of my friends, but that's still not enough for me to get better.  So, with some of the money I have made, I am planning on getting a membership at a local tennis club so I can hopefully meet more people to play with and maybe get some lessons (this is sort of what I meant earlier.  I need the money so as to get better at what I want to do).

Had an interesting weekend.  I went to Kansas City to play in a tournament.  Didn't do as great as I had hoped.  Lost pretty badly, but that wasn't the only thing to happen.  Basically, I went to K.C. on Friday, was feeling kind of bad about my lose, was in a fair motel (it wasn't bad, but it wasn't too great either), and, to top things off, as I'm trying to get to sleep, I hear a noise.  I try to hear what it is.  Sounded kind of like a woman moaning or something.  But, sadly, when I hear this odd noise a second time, I was afraid I knew what it was.  And later, other sounds confirmed it.  The couple in the room next to me were having sex.  It was almost like this part of my day was from a script.  Feeling down, alone in a so-so room, tired, trying to sleep, and I happen to hear people having sex.  Just great.  So this goes on  for a bit.  It started to get kind of violent, as I could eventually hear the bed post banging the wall next to me.  Lol.  This part lasted for about twenty minutes.  Then, I thought, it was over.  I tried to ignore what just happened but couldn't quite get to sleep.  Finally, maybe thirty minutes after they had ended, the couple decided to do it again.  Unfortunatley, this almost lasted for an hour.  I was actually kind of surprised.  Lol.  Needless to say, I was some-what horrified at first, but later ended up laughing at the whole situation, so don't worry, I'm not planning on going in for therapy or anything.  Either way, it was an intersting experience, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

Well, I think I've written enough for now.  Later.

Oh Crap!!!

Alright, so basically I had this whole thing written, tried to do something, then lost everything I had written.  Dang.  Very frustrating.  Therefore, I'll just give you the mega happy (and shorter) version of what I had written.  Here goes:

Work.  Went for a while today for more training.  Really start tomorrow.  Someone (who shall remain nameless) told me not to write about my job anymore, so I went on to discuss how I did in my tennis league this evening.  Won a match, lost four others, but played alright anyway.  Not too upset.

Then I went on to add two more things.  First, the same nameless person that told me not to write about work anymore told me to write about how I love my girlfriend Jesse so much (who is this mysterious person?).  Then I added how I might every once in a while write some sort of quote and get the insight of others (like there are many).  My first quote comes from U2.  Here it is:

Time is a train/ Makes the future the part/ Leaves you standing in the station/ Your face pressed up against the glass

"Zoo Station"  U2

This is the point in which I tried to see if I could add the song as a link or something, and hence lost all I had written before.  Anyway, that's all I had written, and all I care to write now.  Going to bed now.  Later.

Yay for...work?

Well, sort of started my job today.  Had to go in for orientation, sign a butt load of papers and listen to all of the company policies and such.  Who knew three hours could fly right by like that?  Oh well.  It wasn't too bad.  Then on Wednesday?  More training stuff.  Supposed to be with some computer thing or something like that.  I don't know.  Anyway...that's about it.  Either way, I have a job now.  Mmm...sweet money (caution: do not really try to taste money.  It probably has lots of germs on it).

Alright.  So, possibly have a new job coming up at Toys R Us.  Lol.  Never thought I'd be working there, but I applied for off-hours stocking, so I wouldn't have to deal with too many people.  Basically, I'd get to work late nights, or, unfortunatly, early mornings.  The interview prossess was pretty funny.  I felt like a little kid in a..toy store, I guess.  We first had to say our names as well as our favorite toys growing up.  Then we had to build "the next new toy" out of legos.  Yippee!  It was kind of funny.  Either way, kind of excited about that because I could use the money.

Other than that, nothing new today.  Went and played in my tennis doubles league tonight.  I played alright, but ultimatly couldn't win a match.  However, I played two singles matches instead of doubles.  Anyway, tomorrow night is singles night.  Hopefully I can do better then.

Later everybody.
